PRIVACY INFORMATION

How inquiries and booking details are handled.

This page describes the information collected by the contact and booking forms and how it is used to respond to your request.

Information you provide

A message includes your name, email address, company name and the message you write. When you contact us from a service page, that service is included as context. If you arrive through a campaign link, its source, medium and campaign name may also be saved.

The booking journey asks for your full name, email and company name. Your company website is optional. Details are saved when you choose to continue to the calendar, even if you do not finish booking. Other query parameters are not collected by the forms.

How it is used and stored

Request details are stored in the site's server-side database so the operator can review the request and follow up about the project. Requests and private operator notes are available only through the protected inbox.

To limit automated submissions, the service also uses a protected value derived from your email and, when the hosting platform supplies it, your connection address. This value is used for rate limiting.

What happens after submission

A request reference appears on screen only after the server confirms that the request was saved. The website uses Resend to alert the operator with the request type and reference, and to send a short acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Resend receives the destination address, reference and acknowledgement text; the message you wrote and private notes stay in the protected inbox. Saving a request does not depend on email delivery.

The form does not accept file uploads. Please do not include passwords, API keys, customer records or other sensitive information in any field.

Booking a call

Saving your details or sending an inquiry does not book an appointment. If the online calendar is unavailable, you can send an inquiry asking Hayk to arrange a time by email.

The calendar loads after you continue to the time-selection step and receives your name and email through its supported prefill integration. Calendly handles availability, your chosen time and timezone, meeting details, invitations, cancellation and rescheduling. Its own privacy information applies to data it processes.

The site verifies a booking with Calendly’s server API before recording it as booked. It stores a provider event reference and the confirmed start time alongside your request. A separate booking acknowledgement is queued only after that verification; delivery depends on the email provider. Calendly handles the meeting invitation. Later calendar changes are managed in Calendly and are not automatically synchronized to this inbox.
